Our personal trainers design programs that are individualized for your age, body, lifestyle and goals. Our personal trainers are certified, experienced, and educated, and have worked with a variety of people who have a broad spectrum of health and wellness needs. Personal training at the TLRC is the right step toward a healthy, active lifestyle.

A 30-minute wellness consultation is included as a part of each personal training package. If you are a non-member who is interested in a personal training package, you may purchase a 30-minute wellness consultation for $20. If you decide to purchase personal training sessions the $20 fee may be applied to cost of the personal training package. All personal training sessions must be used within six months of purchase. All training sessions are non-transferable and nonrefundable.

I have a personal background in competitive powerlifting, specializing in the bench press. I graduated from IU in May 2009 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. I have been working as a personal trainer since 2009 and am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Some of my favorite things to do are watch IU basketball games, try international restaurants in town, spend time with my family, and hang out with my partner and cat. I enjoy the process of helping people reach their fitness goals and work tirelessly to equip myself to help the best I can. I embrace the challenges that come with each client and work to grow with everyone who comes my way!

Twin Lakes Recreation Center membership is not required to have a fitness assessment.
