General Facility Policies & Procedures

  • Must be 14 yrs or older to use the weight/fitness area
  • Children under the age of 14 yrs must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • No running or bouncing balls in the walkway
  • No fighting arguing or swearing
  • No outside food, drink, or coolers in TLRC
  • Proper athletic shoes required for hardwood (no boots, heels, black soles, etc)
  • Keep food and drink off playing surfaces
  • Deposit trash, cups and bottles into trash/recycling containers
  • Gum chewing, smoking (vaping) and spitting is prohibited
  • Only beverages with a lid are allowed in activity areas
  • All customers must enter and exit through the front doors
  • Bouncing, kicking or throwing balls or objects in the lobby area is not permitted
  • The TLRC is not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Signs, posters or advertisements may not be placed in the TLRC on any walls
  • Rental participants and spectators are only allowed in the areas that were rented
  • All court/turf rentals must check in with the front desk upon arrival
  • The TLRC is a substance-free facility. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, steroids and tobacco products are not permitted anywhere on TLRC property. The TLRC is a smoke and vaping-free facility No smoking is permitted inside. (City ordinance 17-18). People may smoke outside building provided they are far enough away from the building (30ft) so that smoke cannot enter the business from a door, window or vent
  • Each participant is responsible to determine whether he/she has the proper fitness level to participate before starting any exercise program
  • Only authorized users are permitted in the facility
  • Use of informal activity spaces when not scheduled/reserved, including priority scheduling, is first-come, first served. Exception: Meeting
  • Rooms are not available for open use beyond approved reservations. No organized activities except those sponsored or approved by TLRC
    staff are permitted. The TLRC may not be used for private or commercial purposes, unless such activity has been approved by TLRC. Examples of prohibited activity include, but are not limited to: sales and solicitation.
  • Equipment check out is limited to basketballs, soccer balls and volleyballs. A form of collateral (photo id or car keys) is required for equipment check out
  • No clothing with offensive or profane language, designs or pictures is permitted
