I am a certified personal trainer with over five years of experience in exercise and fitness, including three years working in a physical therapy clinic. I am passionate about helping individuals move better and reach their goals.

My background as a multi-sport high school athlete in football, wrestling, and track and field has shaped my commitment to creating supportive and motivating environments. I enjoy designing diverse workout programs that prioritize strength, endurance, and flexibility while ensuring safety, inclusivity and fun!
