This yoga practice uses breathing, movement, and sound healing to achieve a deeper connection between mind and body. The posture sequence is designed to release tension, lower anxiety, and improve concentration. During savasana (resting pose), various sound healing instruments, including singing bowls and the buffalo drum, are used to support healing on physical, mental and emotional levels. The extended stillness allows the body to integrate its new state of well-being.
