Love running but hate not having anyone to run with?

Want to begin running but don’t know where to start?

Join our Run Club at Switchyard Park! This is an instructor led running group to help you improve your running performance.

All running levels are welcome to join this progressive running program designed to improve your muscle tone, increase your cardio and keep you healthy. Group runs can greatly help with accountability, motivation and the adversity that comes along with pushing your running goals to the next level!
