Bloomington Group Exercise - Core 360

The most commonly neglected area of the adult body is the core. This class is designed to strengthen and balance all 360 degrees of the core! Improve posture and spine health through a variety of exercises that strengthen the rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus, obliques, and all back muscles. Join this class and tone your core fast!
